Health Guarantee

The seller guarantees that the puppy sold is in good health at the time of sale, with all vaccinations and dewormings up to date, as documented in the Vaccinations Report provided to the buyer(s). While we strive to provide healthy puppies, the buyer assumes responsibility for further vaccinations, boosters, and dewormings. In the event of sickness or genetic defects, certain procedures must be followed for a replacement:

A. A licensed veterinarian must provide an official report confirming any genetic defects hindering the puppy's well-being, along with contact details. In case of death, an autopsy by a licensed vet stating the cause is required, with documentation forwarded before a decision is made. The seller reserves the right to verify the diagnosis.

B. The seller will not be liable for any expenses incurred, including return shipping and vet costs.

C. While we raise our puppies from healthy
parents, it's the buyer's responsibility to ensure the well-being of their new pet for a healthy, happy life, including aiding their growth into adulthood.

D. It's recommended that the puppy visit a vet within the first five business days after transitioning to their new home.

E. Hernias, umbilical, and inguinal, while common in this breed, can often be outgrown or easily corrected during spaying/neutering. We offer reimbursement of $125 for umbilical and $150 for inguinal.

F. If the buyer cannot keep the puppy in the future, they can return it along with all provided paperwork, but no refund will be issued. This policy applies to the original buyer within one year.

G. A two-week health guarantee is provided for the new puppy as stated.
